Let’s Conduct A Peaceful Election – President Jonathan Urges Nigerians

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, has called on all Nigerians to come out en masse on Saturday and vote for the candidate of their choices in the Presidential and National Assembly Elections.

In a nationwide broadcast Friday morning, President Jonathan assured Nigerians that all necessary steps have been taken to ensure the safety of Nigerians as they discharge their civic responsibilities.

He warned that government will not tolerate any attemptby any individual or group to take laws into their hands as security agencies havebeen directed to ensure peace before, during and after the elections.

Dear Fams please bear it in mind that most politicians have sent their families and loved ones abroad, so do not go about causing trouble and fighting for any reason what so ever. Because these politicians after giving out peanuts and bags of rice, will not even know u died for their cause when you do. Neither will some of them remember you when they win.

Stay away from arguments and if possible keep your views and support of any candidate to yourself because, most fights and political violence starts from arguments when trying to support any candidate or party.

Be warned, Vote wise and stay away from violence!
