The 28-year-old Lizzie actress and her rumored stylist girlfriend were spotted on an evening hike on Saturday (January 19) in Los Angeles.
Kristen rocked a Supreme crop top paired with sweatpants while Sara opted for a white sports bra and pants.
The duo have been spending lots of time together recently, including hikes, lunch dates and trips to the spa!
Neither Kristen nor Sara have publicly spoken out about the relationship.
