A doctor in Venezuela, was fired from a hospital after allegedly uploading a photo on Instagram, showing him posing with a woman in labor. Daniel Sanchez posted the photo to his Instagram account with the caption: “Lady. You can give birth, but first let me take a selfie.”
It was reported that the photo showed the doctor and the woman giving birth. Sanchez also boated that he is able to reconstruct the woman’s private parts after giving birth to “make her like new.” After being slammed for the photo, Sanchez changed his Instagram account setting to private.
After the photo of the doctor went viral, a petition was launched to hold the doctor criminally liable for breach of trust. More than 5,000 people have signed the petition so far.
