Diddy is reportedly getting sued by his former chef for wrongful termination, S3xual harassment & more.
According to TMZ, Diddy’s former personal chef, Cindy Rueda, is reportedly suing Puffy for a slew of things, including wrongful termination, S3xual harassment, and violation of whistleblower protection.
Rueda claims Puff wasn’t shy about showing off his junk when she would entered the room while employed under him. She says she was “regularly summoned” to serve Diddy and his guests while they “engaged in or immediately following S3xual activity.” She also claims at least one such occasion, Diddy was still nak£d when she entered the room, and asked if she liked what she saw. Another time, one of his buddies approached her in the kitchen while Puff was Nud£ and asked her to check out his junk.
Rueda reportedly complained about S3xual harassment to one of Diddy’s assistants, but as a result she was set up by another one of his employess to make it look like she’d stolen one of his watches. According to the suit, which TMZ obtained, she was fired with a minor stipulation.. if she signed an exit agreement waiving all rights to sue Diddy, she wouldn’t be prosecuted. However, she refused to sign and was terminated a year ago, hence why the lawsuit is surfacing now.
