President Muhammadu Buhari , on Thursday, expressed sadness at the death of two persons, who died during his presidential campaign today in Jalingo , Taraba State.
His personal assistant on media, Bashir Ahmed shared the president ’ s condolence message on his verified Twitter handle.
He tweeted , “ President Muhammadu Buhari expresses sadness over the death of two persons as a result of overcrowding at his presidential campaign today in Jalingo , Taraba State.
“ I always feel very sad and distressed when ordinary Nigerians who love me and our party because of what we stand for and have done , make personal sacrifices by taking the pains to show their support, end their lives tragically ” . – Pres . @ MBuhari on Taraba tragedy. ”
