After rounding up 2013 with a successful streak Sona is set to continue making his mark on the Afrobeats scene in 2014. He has been working on a triple release consisting of three singles taken from his EP, songs entitled ‘Ijo Sona’, ‘No Wahala’ & ‘Eyy Mama’ scheduled for release March 2014.
Sona is set to once again cause up a stir with his new distinctive sound ranging from traditional Nigerian cultural oriented music from icon’s including the likes of Sina Peters and Kwam1 right through to more contemporary youthful acts.
After working on his 2013 summer jam ‘SUMMERTIME’ Prod. Sheyman, Sona went on to release a freestyle at the end of 2013 ‘Omo Ghana’ with Koma Roll singer ‘Tillaman’ former member of the 166 Family.
He has been heavily involved in the productions of his new materials and has co-produced two of the three tracks. There is a whole lot to look forward to with Sona in 2014 as he embarks on his journey to further successes!
