When I started VL! Four years ago, the only thing on my mind was to inspire the average African youth . My vision was to change the entire mindset of the African people. In less than 4 years we conquered Africa . The whole idea of VL Magazine is to be a platform that connects, interacts ,educate and inspire young vibrant Africans and we have successfully done that . I am proud that I have been able to use my brand to change the lives of young Africans. To all those young vibrant Africans starting up, my advice for you is to focus, have a vision, study the market and do the right thing at the right time , don’t give up. VL is the biggest digital magazine in Africa today because of of hard work and total dedication. We conquered Africa and have become a huge success. Success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. Being successful means the achievement of desired visions and planned goals. Furthermore, success can be a certain social status that describes a prosperous person/brand that could also have gained fame for its favorable outcome. Four years of success is no joke . On the anniversary cover this month we have Nollywood actress Mimi Orjiekwe and Namibia singer Lady May. Our cover stars have all attained success in their respective fields. Special thanks to my amazing team for making this anniversary edition possible and to everyone who contributed to the growth of the magazine in one way or the other I want to say thank you. This anniversary edition is specially dedicated to my late father “Dr Chris Olele”.
