Apparently there was a survivor of the ghastly auto crash that killed 8 OOU students and four others on Friday by Sagamu along Sagamu-Benin express way when a truck had a head-on-collision with the bus they were in. The name of the survivor is Akinbo Ibukun and she is a 300L Chemistry student of the institution.
Today, Monday, 29th of June and tomorrow. 30th of June have been declared lecture free days in the institution to mourn the students.
Already, two of the students, Dare Olatunji Michael and Aminat Adebayo have been buried. They were buried yesterday. The driver of the commercial bus, Lukman Adekeye has also been laid to rest.
