Nicholas Stewart, 35, pictured above was arrested upon discovering he was selling bottles filled with a mixture of urine and faeces as whisky to tourists.
Laboratory analysis on the drinks revealed they either contained flat cola or human waste. Nicholas sold each bottle of fake whisky and vodkafor £10.
Mixing human waste and urine gave the drink the color of whisky, said Victoria Cartmell, Blackpool Council prosecutor.
Nicholas won’t go to jail for the shameful offense, but was handed a 70 day jail term suspended for 12 months after he admitted fraud.
However, prosecutors want the connam to be totally banned from selling anything on the streets of Blackpool
