D’Banj and 2face are not professional sportsmen. So, they do not stand the risk of facing dope tests one day. But currently, there is a test ahead of them.
The test will come on November 30 when each of them is expected to perform with a live band for an hour at the all-star TOP10MICs holding at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos.
“Before now, most artistes perform to a CD and a skeletal band but the major highlights at this year’s concert would be lengthy live performances by the headliners, which also include Femi Kuti and Sir Shina Peters,” the organisers say in a statement.
They added that the producer of this year’s TOP10MICS, Omoh Talabi, who is a face behind many blooming concerts in Nigeria, has been working closely with the D’Banj, otherwise called Kokomaster, at Koga Studios as the MOBO winner prepares for this memorable concert.
The concert will also feature performances from DJs Jimmy Jatt and Neptune, while ace comedian, Basket Mouth, will host it
