Music star Davido performed at the ongoing Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Convention in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state capital.
The talented singer entertained the crowed at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, the venue of the national convention, where the party’s presidential candidate will emerge for the 2019 general elections.
The last time Davido was spotted at a political event was in last month’s governorship election in Osun state where his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke contested.
Davido played a role for PDP in the election by performing and winning the hearts of many supporters during the rally prior to the election.
The PDP’s National Convention started on Saturday, October 6 and is expected to end tomorrow, Sunday, October 7.
The opposition party’s bigwigs and delegates are in Port Harcourt for the convention and presidential primary where they will elect the presidential candidate that will be slugging it out with President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.
