7. Kid’s worst lunch Turkey and Cheddar Cracker: 681 calories – 20 g fat (10 g saturated) – 1,442 mg sodium – 60 g sugars. This is the worst of the kid’s lunches, with a back label that reads like chemistry textbook. By cramming dessert and a super sweet drink into the box; manufacturers manage to saddle this already troubled package with more added sugar than your kid should take in through day. This lunch has the sugar equivalent of ten jelly filled donuts. Grill Kombo with French Fries: 1,271 calories – 80 g fat (12 g saturated) – 2,851 mg sodium. Any parent knows that most foods children clamor for, from chicken nuggets to white bread to fries, occur to be beige. This is also a marker of calorie-rich, cheap, nutritionally impoverished foodstuff. So when you see this monochromatic cluster of cheese sticks, fried potatoes and giant chicken you know your kid is in trouble. Make it a rule while eating out: All dishes should come with at least two colors.

8. Worst desserts Caramel Banana Pecan Hotcakes: 1,542 calories – 78 g fat (25 g saturated, 10 g trans) – 2,260 mg sodium – 110 g sugars. This dismaying platter is stuffed and stacked with the sugar equivalent of 8 Twinkies, the caloric equivalent of 9 glazed donuts, the sodium equivalent of 6 large orders of French fries, and 4 times the daily limit of trans fat. Above all of these, Hotcakes are the undisputed worst breakfast in the world. Cheesecake with Caramel Fudge Sauce: 1,661 calories – 98 g fat (58 g saturated) – 951 mg sodium – 166 g carbohydrates. Considering the fact that savory menu is already cluttered with one of the most potent arrays of fat, calorie and sodium bombs, its lineup of destructive desserts only add up to injury. There is the always classic and catastrophic caramel smothered cheesecake that with more saturated fat than 58 strips of bacon and as much calories as three Big Macs, is the worst dessert. Caramel Pecan bun: 1,111 calories – 55 g fat (11 g saturated, 6 g trans) – 150 g carbohydrates – 47 g sugars. Malls and cinnabon are inseparable. Researchers have found that males are turned on by the smell of cinnamon rolls and further studies have shown that they are more likely to spend money when they are thinking about S£x. But just because Cinnabon may be good for Gap does not mean it is at all good for you. This horribly bloated bun contains more than half of your daily allotment of calories and nearly an entire day’s worth of fat. For people keeping score, this is as much as you will find in 7 White Castle hamburgers.

  1. Tuna melt has 134 grams of fat? You seem to be suggesting this is a specific fast food version, but even so… Mayo is 3G per tablespoon total fat, according to the USDA website. You would really have us believe this sandwich has the equivalent of 40 tablespoons of mayo?
