The Super Eagles skipper led his side to their first victory in the Chinese topflight, while his compatriot Ideye fired blanks, John Obi Mikel scored in Tianjin Teda ‘s 2-0 victory over Chongqing Lifan in a Chinese Super League encounter on Sunday.

Mikel started the encounter alongside compatriot, Brown Ideye, who was making his second league appearance.
