In the spirit of Throwback Thursday, Mr Westernized WestAfrican Mojeed is taking us down memory lane with the official Nigerian rerelease of his group’s (OMG) 2011 song “BLAH”. The song was written years ago and upon its release it garnered more attention to the group. The video secured their selection in the Coors Light Eastern Conference Hip Hop competition which Mojeed went on to win. He performed the song in several venues around New York.
The video features different locations in New York, laughs, paranoia and animated wordarts. Directed and filmed by MegaBoi, “BLAH” showcases the entire OMG cast. He has also shot imagery for New York based Nigerian artist, Stylezz and current works as a video producer for SOURCE magazine.
